Rev & Regs are recruiting for a Finance Operations Analyst role on behalf of a well-established Insurance Broker, based in Maidstone.
Responsibilities:
- Raising refund requests to ensure funds are returned to clients within 7-10 days of receipt from the insurer. This will be through Bankline or credit card methods.
- Chasing and collecting debtors in line with company procedures
- Clearing old entries from the ledgers ensuring debtors are kept below 90 days
- Business partnering with the Broking department debtors.
- Returning unallocated monies to the remitter in line with business timescales.
- Facilitating premium finance loans for clients who have not been set up to pay through PF by exec.
Experience Required:
- Experience in a similar role is essential.
- Industry experience is not essential but preferred.
- Qualified or Part Qualified AAT is advantageous
- Experience and reliability are highly valued

Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in Maidstone office)
Salary - £25,000 - £30,000
