£25,500 - £27,000 base salary plus commission.

Recruitment Consultant Role:

  • Writing job adverts and creating marketing profiles
  • Building your reputation and relationships with schools and teachers
  • Negotiating pay and charge rates with clients and candidates
  • Managing your pool of candidates
  • Effectively growing and servicing your client base
