Key duties:

  • Providing detailed quotes based on in-depth product knowledge and customer relationships
  • Sell products and offer add-ons where appropriate
  • Identify opportunities for product and service up-sell and for new client acquisition
  • Following up on customer quotes to complete sales
  • Ensure customers are fully informed of product details and all needs have been met
  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
  • Pro actively research and keep up to date with industry and competitors

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience
  • Excellent customer relationship building skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to build excellent product knowledge
  • Passion and enthusiasm are essential in this role
