About the Role:
As a 1st / 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of IT support, tackling a variety of technical challenges to ensure seamless IT operations for a diverse range of clients. This full-time, permanent role offers incredible growth and professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding 1st / 2nd line support for daily IT issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365, Server, and Network issues.
- Implement first-time fixes and efficiently manage support requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service on inbound and outbound calls.
- Assist with IT systems and network setup and maintenance.
- Collaborate with your team to enhance processes and deliver top-notch service.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience in a 1st / 2nd line support role within an MSP is a plus.
