I'm recruiting for a residential property Lawyer to join a leading South Coast full service Law Firm in Bournemouth. This LEXCEL accredited firm have several offices including a London premises which allows them to service clients regionally, nationally and internationally. The firm are committed to delivering first class service to their top tier clients and have rightly received directory recognition for doing so.
The residential property team is one of the largest in the area and comprises specialists at all levels, including support roles, which are often key to ensure you are able to reach your full potential. They service a first class client base with established relationships with agents throughout the region and referrals from other departments.
The team are now looking to grow and seek to employ an ambitious lawyer to handle a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases and related transactional work.
To be successful you will have previous experience of manageing your own caseload and preferably with case management software. Most imprtantly, if you are dedficated to delivering best in class service this could be the role for you.
