We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX designer.
Requirements:
- 3+ years as a user experience or product designer;
- Proficiency with the following software: Figma (main working tool), Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator;
- Experience in CRM design and design of online stores or media platforms;
- Proficiency in collaborating with frontend developers;
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business analysts, and the capability to understand business needs and integrate them into design;
- Ability to meet deadlines;
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects for interface animation will be a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers;
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows;
- Design graphic user interface;
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes;
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables);
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders;
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems;
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback;
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
