Senior Marketing Executive

The Senior Marketing Executive will be a dynamic, personable and enthusiastic individual. You will enjoy the freedom to express your creative side by planning, executing and evaluating a wide and varied range of digital marketing campaigns across email, web, social and more.

Key duties of the Senior Marketing Executive

  • Contributing to all activities detailed within the marketing plan with a view to helping the team achieve its monthly targets around lead generation, prospect engagement and website traffic.
  • Support the professional development of junior marketing team member.
  • Planning, building and delivering email marketing campaigns for clients, prospects and partners.
  • Managing social channels (including responsibility for running paid campaigns).
  • Creating, delivering and analysing PPC and other digital advertising campaigns.
  • Content creation and promotion, including both written and design projects.
  • Driving the content and communications plan in accordance with team strategy.
  • Updating and managing the company website, including periodic reviews of content and SEO performance.
  • Producing graphics, stand designs and printed materials to support our attendance at global events.
  • Ensuring our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.
  • Participating in the creation of quarterly and annual marketing plans.
  • Monitoring and reporting on marketing performance across digital channels.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Three years' experience in a B2B marketing role
  • Experience of running successful marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrable success with email campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of basic HTML (or the ability to pick this up).
  • Experience of managing social channels, and content delivery.
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics, including paid advertising and Google Ads etc.
  • Experience with CRM software and database management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word and PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (or similar), and designing for digital versus print.
  • Able to produce compelling marketing copy for a variety of different formats.
  • Comfortable with expressing your ideas and creative solutions that help us stand out from our competitors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating between clients, the Project and Sales teams.
  • A team player who is at ease working in a close-knit team and building strong professional relationships.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
