Job description:
- This is an excellent opportunity for a dietitian to secure a Band 5 Dietetic post working with adult patients within a very friendly, supportive and dynamic team
- To be responsible for providing the nutritional care, including assessment, dietary therapy and monitoring, for an allocated caseload of patients
- This will include the assessment, dietary intervention, monitoring and review of patients, both on oral diet and those that are enterally fed.
