Meraki Talent's cloud platform client is actively looking for a Data Analyst (Power BI) to work within their growing team. The successful candidate will work directly beside the manager in a small team, working on a broad variety of projects providing strong career development opportunities.
This business has expanded through organic growth and acquisitions, and although significantly larger than it was a decade ago it's core values remain intact and stronger than ever. It's growth journey is far from over, and the next 5-10 years sounds highly exciting as it realigns its approach & market offering to dominate the domestic market further, and improve it's international presence.
They are looking for someone who is detail oriented, data focused and has strong Power Bi and excel skills. Moreover, someone who has strong people skills and the ability to communicate and present data reports to team members and wider senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities of the
Data Analyst (Power BI)
- Analyze behaviours, inputs, and outputs to identify trends which will inform strategic development and decision-making
- Supporting Sales Team with Data Analysis and insights
- Preparing insightful reports - accurate weekly and monthly reports.
- Work closely with Sales Leaders, the Director of Sales Operations, and the Board to discover trends and insights
- Data Integrity and Cleanliness ensuring data accuracy and freshness in the CRM system is crucial
Experience of the
Data Analyst (Power BI)
- Strong experience in Power BI and Excel
- Strong experience in creating data reports and insights
- Detail and data focused individual
- Strong communication, relationship building and people skills
- Creative mindset and ability to come up with innovative solutions
