Job Title: HR Advisor

Salary: Up to £34,000 pa

Hours: Part time, permanent

Location: Woodbridge

Casanovas Recruitment Solutions are thrilled to working with an award-winning organisation based in across Suffolk who are seeking a top-notch HR Advisor. This varied role will be working in a fast-paced environment alongside the HR Manager in providing support and advise to their valued team.

Main areas of responsibility:

  • Handling all ER cases throughout the business and report to Managers
  • To provide competent advice and support to all employees
  • Deal with HR queries from employees
  • Conduct investigations relating to disciplinaries and grievances and report the process and outcomes
  • Coach new Managers with ER issues and advise and support accordingly
  • Manage, implement, and update HR policies where necessary
  • Monitor HR KPI's within the business and produce reports in line with this
  • Be confident with current employment regulations
  • Oversee timely completion of the payroll admin
  • Assist with admin relating to starters and leavers, absence records, inductions and training documentation
  • Support HR team with the recruitment internally and externally
  • Work with the Heads of Departments on interviews and follow ups
  • Manage appraisals and develop training / progress programmes for Managers teams

Required Skills & Desired Experience:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A wealth of experience and knowledge in ER
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience using 'RotaReady HR/Time and Attendance' system would be advantageous
  • Highly organised, proactive and a great multi-tasker
  • To be able to use their own initiative and think on their feet
  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification, GCSE in Maths and English
