We are a growing law firm with a strong reputation across the local area for handling Personal Injury (PI) and Clinical Negligence claims. Our services include work-related claims, road traffic accident claims, criminal injury compensation, slip/trip claims, uninsured/untraced driver claims, and clinical/medical negligence claims.

We are currently looking for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our friendly and established team. This role offers the opportunity to manage your own caseload of small claims while also assisting senior team members with more complex cases. What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Paralegal in Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence, with the ability to manage your own PI caseload from start to conclusion.

  • Skills:

  • Experience running claims through the rapid claims portal.

  • Knowledge of the litigation process, including case funding.

  • Familiarity with producing schedules of loss, taking witness statements, quantum assessments, and advocacy is a plus.

  • Client Relations: Excellent phone manner with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

  • Personal Traits:

  • Friendly and approachable.

  • Ability to build relationships at all levels across the firm.

  • Collaborative approach, strong attention to detail, and a focus on ongoing learning.

  • IT Skills: Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
