Your new role:

This position holds responsibility for the coordination of a busy and successful Sales Team by:

  • Collate, maintain and distribute global reporting documents in line with the corporate business calendar:
  • Coordinate with the team to prepare data and presentations for monthly commercial committee and commercial reviews
  • Office Management, including orders and administration, keeping the team diary
  • Support Sales Teams with claims management, tracking commercial issues and budget and travel administration

Skills & experience:

  • Proficient in the use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Microsoft Office
  • Highly organised and motivated, considered as a 'self-starter'
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Confident and outgoing
  • Competent and confident in managing data
  • Able to work flexibly
