Our client is one of the UK's largest wholesale suppliers of soft drinks, confectionary and household goods in the UK.
Our client is currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to take ownership of various duties within the finance team.
What you will be doing as the Accounts Assistant:
- Supporting the month-end process
- Bank reconciliations
- Purchase/Sales Ledger reconciliations
- Allocating cash
- Processing journals
- Supporting the Accounts Function as required
What you need to bring:
- Accountancy and bookkeeping skills/experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Previous experience within an accounts role
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data and make recommendations
