PROPERTY MANAGER - Residential Estate Agency
Location: South Kensington, SW7
Salary: £35,000
Position: Permanent - Full Time
Urgently required - a competent, capable and experienced Residential Property Manager, knowledgeable inall aspects of Property Management including: Property Inspection, Check-Ins, Check-outs, Inventories, Mid-Term Inspections and Notices.
You will need to be accurate and dependable, careful and thorough, responsible and confident, and have had previous experience in this sector so that you can hit the ground running.
The role is based in Kensington, so a candidate familiar with this location would be preferred.
Skills: The skills required for this Property Manager role will include:
- Previous experience of Residential Property Management
- A thorough understanding of the rental process
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Thoroughly professional
- Highly organised
- Flexible, positive and professional
- ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
- Excellent written and spoken English
