We are seeking a dedicated Guest Services Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will deliver a range of guest services to a high standard, ensuring a quality service is consistently provided. This position is ideal for someone who is professional, has excellent guest service skills, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Assist and advise the public, staff, and visitors with their shopping needs.
- Handle queries and resolve problems efficiently.
- Operate and use systems effectively.
- Manage the sale of gift cards, mobility scooters, kiddy rides, and other services provided.
- Maintain a professional image at all times.
- Ensure standards are achieved and maintained throughout all service areas.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A professional approach with excellent guest service skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum education: GCSE grades D-G or equivalent.
