I am happy to be working with this client in the healthcare sector who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team. Operating on a hybrid-working model, this is an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to continue their career in a team that values their employees and promotes development! With it being a growth role, it is an incredibly exciting time to join this organisation and work with some exceptional HR Professionals!

Sounds great... what does the role involve?

  • Generalist HR responsibilities across the organisation, working closely with the Business Partners on a wide array of HR duties.
  • Provide support on the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding and ensuring all HR data is accurate and maintained on the system.
  • Support and manage Employee Relations cases from grievances and disciplinary issues to absence and performance management.
  • Support the Business Partners in their respective headcounts on wider HR processes, such as adhoc project work on organisational restructuring and policy revising
  • Report on key HR metrics to management as and when required
  • Liaise with stakeholders across the organisation on best HR practice, and ensure all correct procedures are followed

Count me in! What do I need to bring to the table?

  • An experienced HR professional, operating at Assistant level or above
  • Confident in working on and understanding the processes involved in Employee Relations case work
  • Healthcare experience is desirable, though not essential
  • Adhoc travel to different sites is required (most of time you will be in Nottingham,)
  • A friendly and supportive professional team member
