Our client, a European leader within its sector, are recruiting for an Events Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to join a company shaping the future of safety, where your role will be crucial to their mission.
The Events Coordinator will play a significant role and you'll be the cornerstone of successful events, handling everything from planning to post-event evaluation. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Events Co-ordinator Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand event goals and objectives.
- Research and secure venues, catering, entertainment, and other vendors as required.
- Manage vendor contracts, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
- Create and manage event logistics, including literature & merchandise orders and colleague & delegate packs.
- Coordinate with on-site colleagues to ensure smooth event flow.
- Develop and distribute post-event surveys and reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
