Finance Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the day-to-day financial operations, manage the back office and produce monthly management accounts for the board. Working directly with management team the ideal candidate will provide accurate cost accounting on projects and maintenance agreements, while driving systems and process improvements as we continue to scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations and general back-office functions.
- Prepare and present monthly management accounts for the board.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to provide accurate cost accounting for projects and maintenance agreements.
- Support the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Contribute to strategic planning as part of the middle management team.
- Drive process efficiencies and support the company's growth initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- CIMA/AAT qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes.
- Proven experience in financial management, ideally in a fast-paced or entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, particularly with operations.
- Proficiency in financial systems and accounting software.
- Ambition to grow within the company, with the potential to become the lead finance person.
