Our client, an industry leading global company, is looking for a Korean speaking HR Manager.

[Responsibilities]

(1) Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Hiring Process Management, Onboarding and Offboarding

(2) Performance Management: Performance Reviews, Goal Setting, Recognition Programs

(3) Compensation and Benefits: Salary Structure, Benefits Administration, Compensation Reviews

(4) Legal Compliance: Labour Law Compliance, Employee Contracts, Policy Implementation:

(5) HR Policy Development: Policy Creation, Policy Communication

(6) Health and Safety: Workplace Safety, Mental and Physical Health

(7) Office management

[Requirements]
(1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English

(2) Must have minimum 4 years' relevant HR experience in UK

(3) Holding HR related degree or CIPD desirable

(4) Attention to detail with excellent communication skills

(5) Excellent MS Office skills

[Conditions]
(1) Location: New Malden (1 min walk from New Malden station)

(2) Job type: full-time & permanent & hybrid (1 day work from home)

(3) Working hours: 8am~5pm (including 1 hour lunch break)

(4) Basic salary: Up to 50K (depending on experience)

(5) Benefits: Performance based bonus, pension, medical insurance

(6) Annual leave: 28 days (including 8 Bank/Public Holidays)
