We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team in our new, modern offices located in Burton upon Trent. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all visitors and callers.
  • Efficiently manage inbound calls, taking messages and directing queries as appropriate.
  • Welcome and assist visitors as they arrive at the office.
  • Handle deliveries and manage the post.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Professionalism: You must be polite, professional, and capable of representing the company positively.
  • Self-Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and resources effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills across all mediums, including written, verbal, video, and face-to-face interactions.
