Premier Recruitment Group is seeking an Internal Recruitment Partner for a prestigious law firm in South East London. This exciting role commences in October and is offered as a one-year fixed-term contract with hybrid working 2 days in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Sourcing and attracting top talent
- Conducting interviews and assessments
- Ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the legal sector or professional services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational abilities
