Part time Primary School IT Technician (2 days a week)

Your new company
A Primary School which is part of an Academy in North Birmingham. The cover required is initially 2 days a week (school is flexible on the days), which possibly extend to more days in the future. The role is to start ASAP.
Your new role
Working in a stand alone role, you will be responsible for assisting pupils with problems or queries, ensuring the computer suites are kept maintained and upgraded, installing virus software and troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining hard & software, working on help desk issues and using the SIMS software.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have excellent communication skills with relevant IT experience in the above. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years. You will also need to have an up to date DBS check, the school can't accept any applicants without this
