A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Criminal Legal Secretary to join a well-respected Criminal Defence and Regulatory Law firm in Manchester supporting the criminal solicitors on a day to day basis.
You will be required to have previously worked as a Legal Secretary, criminal experience would be advantageous but not essential.
Hours - 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 5pm on Friday fully office based
Location - Manchester
The firm have a close knit team and you will be required to be a good team player and enjoy working within a busy team environment.
Duties include
- Typing general correspondence
- Preparing enclosures
- Opening and closing files
- Responding to client enquiries via email and telephone
- Dealing with expenses
- Diary management
- Travel and accommodation arrangements
