Employment Secretary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised legal secretary to support our client's employment team. This role requires someone who can manage a diverse workload, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism. Proven experience as a legal secretary, ideally within employment law, but experience in other areas of law will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to our employment law solicitors.
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
  • Handle client communications with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Maintain and organise files, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and time recording.
  • Conduct legal research and compile relevant information as required.
  • Liaise with courts, clients, and other law firms as necessary.
  • Perform other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the employment law team.
