Job Title: Junior IT Pre Sales Engineer
Location: Newark, Nottinghamshire
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 (£40,000 - £65,000 OTE) PLUS 25 Days Holiday (+BH), Lucrative Commission, Car Allowance, Private Healthcare and more!
Position Overview:
We are looking for a confident, motivate Junior IT Presales Engineer to join a renowned Managed Service Provider based in Newark, Nottinghamshire. In this role, you will support the sales team by providing technical expertise, developing proposals, and ensuring that the company's IT solutions meet client needs.
You will be working closely with the Senior Presales Engineers, IT Sales Manager and Sales Director to ensure the smooth running of the IT Infrastructure, in addition to carrying out new and exciting projects!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with technical knowledge during client engagements.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and customize solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Support post-sales activities to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
Skillset:
- Some experience in IT or technical sales, preferably within an MSP environment.
- Exposure to Cloud Technologies such as Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Microsoft Certifications are a plus.
