Key responsibilities include:

  • Servicing, installing and commissioning of varying types of rotating equipment including pumps, gearboxes, diesel engines, turbines and fans.
  • Understand engineering drawings and interpreting maintenance manuals, using standard test instruments and tools.
  • Preparing details daily update reports, and liaising with Project Engineer, Engineering, Quality, Sales and client

  • A time-served certification in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Extensive experience in servicing and repairing industrial equipment in a workshop/service centre.
  • A willingness to travel regularly, adapting to various working conditions.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong adherence to health and safety protocols, particularly in offshore environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of non-OEM rotating equipment
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable (training will be given)

  • Understanding of electrical circuits and schematic drawings
  • Working knowledge of low and medium voltage industrial control panels
  • Strong background of diesel engine servicing and repair
