3 month initial contract with the view of extension

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our clients team as a Specialist Occupational Therapist for a 3 month initial contract, with potential for extension.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality occupational therapy practice and manage a caseload with a focus on supporting people facing multiple disadvantages presenting with complex problems including homelessness, substance misuse, contact with the criminal justice system and mental ill health.
- To provide day-to-day management, supervision and line management of Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapy Assistants and Students to implement an effective and timely service for Hull residents.
- Offer leadership for staff, reviewing and reflecting on own practice and performance through reflective practice, effective use of professional and operational supervision and appraisal.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure that people's outcomes are achieved e.g. facilitating joint reviews/assessments.
Requirements:
- Must have at least Diploma/BSc in Occupational Therapy or equivalent and have HCPC registration.
- Completed Care Act, MCA DoLs and Human Rights Act training including Making Safeguarding Personal Safe guarding adults training.
- Post graduate qualification in clinical supervision or professional practice education.
