Senior Finance Assistant
Public Relations Firm | Central London | Hybrid | 40-45k
An award winning, independent public relations firm are looking for an experienced finance assistant to support their close knit team on a 6 month contract.
This is a newly created role with exposure to client accounting and accounts payable as well strong permanent potential for the right person.
Senior Finance Assistant - The Role
- Ownership of transactional ledgers (AP and AR)
- Assisting client teams regarding projects and work in progress/WIP
- Management of FX reporting
- Management of expenses
- Chasing up timesheets
Senior Finance Assistant - The Person:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to enable clear communication with staff at all levels
- Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and handle a high volume
- Minimum 2 years experience covering accounts payable, accounts receivable and billing
- Experience working in a creative services agency like marketing, PR or advertising is highly desired
