Position: Support Workers & Team Leaders
Location: Hounslow
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £12.50 - £17.00 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)
My client are an independent, community-based service providing high-quality care for vulnerable adults with mental health problems. Our focus is on delivering individualised, person-centred care for people stepping down from hospital or those unable to live independently. We support individuals with a range of needs, including dual diagnosis, challenging behaviours, forensic history, and personality disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised care and support to adults with mental health conditions, working towards the goal of independence.
- Develop and implement individual care and support plans in collaboration with service users.
- Assist in creating a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Support with day-to-day activities, encouraging social inclusion and promoting wellbeing.
- Work flexibly to cover a range of shifts, including days, nights, and sleep-ins (fixed sleep-in rate to be discussed at the interview).
Requirements:
- NVQ qualification in Health & Social Care (preferred but not essential).
- Driving licence (preferred).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
- A commitment to providing person-centred, therapeutic support.
- Experience working with individuals with mental health needs, challenging behaviours, or forensic histories is desirable.
