We are looking for a calm and empathetic SEN teacher ready to support primary children in a school based in Wakefield, WF6 area. This is a full time position from Monday through Friday (8:30AM - 3:30PM).

They also extend a wealth of guidance, assistance, and specialised knowledge to parents, caregivers, and professionals, assisting them in discovering hope, guidance, and insight on the optimal path for their child and family.
Requirements:
- The ability to evaluate educational needs and actively seek out creative teaching methods.
- Should have QTS
- Either hold an Enhanced DBS check or be prepared to obtain one through Randstad.
- Willingness and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- The capacity to provide individualised support, reassurance, and assistance with educational tasks.
- A strong understanding of child development and the learning process.
- Possession of an up-to-date Enhanced DBS check or the willingness to obtain one.
- Proficiency in the national Key Stage Curriculum.
- Eligibility to work in the UK (Note: Sponsorship is not available).

- Establish a dynamic and participatory learning atmosphere.
- Able to assist learning in both individual and small group settings.
- Skillfully engage in communication and cooperation with the classroom instructor.
- Display patience, empathy, and effective communication while interacting with children.
- Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and individual requirements.
- Have a grasp of behaviour management strategies to promote positive conduct.
