Your new role
As a Data Architect, you will have an extensive track record of delivering and architecting solutions based on the Microsoft suite of technologies with particularly strong knowledge of Power BI as well as SQL Server. You will deliver outstanding results in terms of optimisation and driving efficiency, whilst managing the organisation through the change period using your strong engagement skills with stakeholders of all levels of seniority.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have experience of the following:
- Evaluate the current BI framework of the organisation, including processes for data collection, transformation, storage, and modelling.
- Detect gaps and inefficiencies within the current data architecture model and propose strategic improvements.
- Suggest a future data architecture to boost data integrity, performance, and scalability.
- Aim to enhance the user experience of BI tools, especially Power BI.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships between relevant teams and key stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth integration of data and technology.
- Align BI initiatives with IT strategies and policies.
- Apply best practices in data governance, security, and compliance.
- Provide a clear roadmap for the future development of BI architecture.
- Optimise data and technical aspects.
- Clarify and strengthen processes and roles.
What you'll get in return
- Day rate £650 - £700 per day (Inside IR35)
- 6 Month initial contract
