Juice is thrilled to be supporting a successful and well-established estate agency based in Trowbridge, in their search for a Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly team.
You will act as the first point of contact for the agency managing clients face-to-face, over the phone, and electronically. Full training will be provided, with a focus on career development and an environment that enables you to excel.
DAY TO DAY:
- Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Meeting with clients visiting the office
- Responding to enquiries via e-mail
- Registering applicants and identifying opportunities for valuation and viewings for both the sales and lettings departments
- Booking of valuations and viewings
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Experience in an estate agency or a similar customer service role is preferred but not essential
- A passion for property
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Great attention to detail
- Highly organised with brilliant time management
- A full driving licence will be required and access to your own car to carry out viewings
