Join an investment property company as a Sales Progressor. They specialise in UK and overseas property investments and work with a range of clients, from individuals through to overseas funds and institutions.
THE SALES PROGRESSOR ROLE:
- Coordinate the exchange and completion of properties.
- Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors and mortgage brokers.
- Update a CRM.
- Often you will need to go the extra mile to deliver great service and get deals over the line.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience as a Sales Progressor in property is essential.
- Organised, able to prioritise and work well under pressure.
- Good attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Strong administration experience.
- Good IT skills in Word and Excel.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- £30,000 basic.
- OTE £40,000 - £50,000.
- Pension.
- 20 days holiday + public holidays.
