Description
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Calculating SSP, SMP, SPP
- Processing new starters and leaver compliant information on the system
- Work closely with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Handle payroll-related queries from employees.
- Support month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Participate in payroll system improvements and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory payroll and employment laws.
Profile
A successful 'Payroll Officer' should have:
- Relevant experience in a similar payroll position
- Proficiency in payroll systems and software.
