Radley Green is working with a fast-growth construction business based in Beckenham who are looking for a Finance Manager to run their finance function.
This business has experienced rapid growth over the past few years and are now £15m+revenue. This role will report into the MD and Commercial Director and manage all financial and management reporting for the business.
The role will pay £55k-£62k plus bonus and great benefits and the business are 5 days a week in the office.
The role will manage 1 direct report and work closely with the part-time Finance Director.
The details of the role are:
- Take ownership of all financial reporting, processes and systems ensuring the financial health of the company.
- Monthly management accounts and annual reporting of the organisation including cashflow management
- Perform in depth analysis of business performance including costs, revenue and margin
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities across the business.
- Manage the budget and forecast process for the business working closely with the senior management team.
- Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- Run monthly payroll and pension activities and annual P60 process
- CIS management and submissions
- Manage one junior accounts person
Requirements
- You will ideally be qualified or qualified by experience
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Finance Manager
- Proficient user of SAGE
- Previous experience working in a construction finance role
- Experience with the integration of finance systems would be an advantage
- Candidates must be able to commute to Beckenham on a daily basis (parking available)
