Role Overview:
Cast UK are supporting one of our prestigious client with the recruitment process of a Regional Account Manager, based in London. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for the clients, responsible for managing and expanding the customer base within your designated region. You will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify and target new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Conduct regular client visits and meetings to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar account management or sales role within a B2B environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UK driving license.
