We are Independence Matters, a provider of adult care services in Norfolk.

We are looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Support Workers to join our Personal Assistant Support – South Service based in Attleborough, supporting services in Attleborough, Watton, Dereham and surrounding areas.

You don't need experience, we provide full training

We want to work with you to give you the skills you need to become an excellent support worker.

Our service provides support to our customers to live independently within their own homes and encourages accessing the community and its facilities. Duties can include supporting with daily living skills, building confidence to access the community, supporting with seeking learning or employment opportunities and social engagement.

With a range of different shift patterns available, you will work on a rota that may include shifts throughout the week and weekends.
