An exciting opportunity has arisen for a co-ordination role in our clients' Transforming Data Collection (TDC) Programme which is responsible for improving data collected from firms for regulatory purposes. This is a key role in a team that is working to improve the experience of Financial Services firms and internal stakeholders.

Approximately 50,000 firms submit data to them, with most of this data currently submitted through online regulatory reporting forms.

You will work closely with TDC team members to ensure the project deliverables are met, supporting workstream leads with meeting and calendar management and preparing documents. You will build relationships with other teams within the department to ensure the project aligns with other objectives and deliverables.

The key responsibilities of the role holder include:

  • Working with the TDC management team, workstream leads and other departmental stakeholders to ensure processes are run smoothly and deliverables are met.
  • Working with the programme Accountable Executive and other senior leaders to co-ordinate the programme activities with internal and external events
  • Time management, prioritisation and administrative support for the TDC Accountable Executive
  • Representing the project with stakeholders and at meetings, helping to ensure good outcomes are achieved.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience of engaging with internal and external stakeholders to manage against milestones.
  • Experience of working in a large team on a formal change project.
  • Strong communicator (written and verbal) with the ability to engage and support multiple stakeholders at the same time.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-changing project environment.
  • Experience of diary and meeting management.
  • Experience engaging stakeholders both in remote working and face to face environments.
  • Experience in running and supporting face-to-face and online meetings and events.
  • Excellent attention to detail and rigour in producing work to tight deadlines.
  • Evidence of working proactively and independently to scope and deliver work.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of financial services or regulation
  • Experience of working in an agile delivery environment, where change is delivered iteratively, and products and initiatives are adapted along the project lifecycle
