Job description:
- To provide a specialist Speech and Language Therapy service to adult patients in a range of community settings using highly developed specialist practice underpinned by theoretical knowledge/neurological qualifications.
- To manage a complex and diverse caseload independently, as related to communication and eating and drinking needs.
- To transfer individual patients' ongoing care to other agencies as appropriate and ensure that the service provided is conducted in a professional, efficient and effective way.
