Role Overview: As our Underwriting Manager, you will lead our Lending team and oversee every aspect of the customer journey—from seamless onboarding to exceptional service delivery. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Lending team, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Maintain and improve credit risk assessments, customer affordability checks, and KYC compliance.
