Royal Educare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adults with Additional Learning Needs Support Worker to join our growing team.
About the Role:
- Provide personalized support to adults with additional learning needs in their daily lives.
- Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans to help individuals achieve their goals.
- Encourage independence, build self-confidence, and promote social inclusion.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience working with adults with additional learning needs (essential).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A strong sense of empathy, patience, and understanding.
- A commitment to promoting independence and dignity.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
