Our client is the global leader in online, practical procurement & supply chain training. Their unique, high-impact learning journeys are designed by experts, for real-world results and are used by companies such as HSBC, Heinken, Tata Steel, Honeywell, and Delta to name a few.

Now, with a talented team of 70 and a proven track record, they're ready for the next phase of explosive growth.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Global Head of Sales to join their senior leadership team and drive their ambitious sales goals. You'll be a player-manager, working directly with the CEO to expand their already impressive client portfolio.

  • Own the global sales strategy and execution.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Partner with Marketing to generate high-quality leads.
  • Shape the future of my client and the procurement & supply chain training landscape.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

  • 5+ years of commercial experience leading revenue growth in a solution sales environment.
  • Experience working for an Edtech / E-learning company would be a huge bonus but not essential
  • Proven track record closing five- to six-figure deals in SaaS/Technology.
  • Deep understanding of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Start-up/scale-up experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to influence C-Level stakeholders at global organisations.
  • A leadership style that prioritizes ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • A willingness to travel as needed (locally, regionally, and globally).

This is a hybrid role where you will be required to go to the client office 2 days per week.
