We are looking for a Finance Manager to head up our internal Accounts Team. Working within our Ashford Head Office, the role reports into the Managing Director and includes managing a team of 4 accounts & finance professionals.

The day-to-day duties include:

  • Overseeing the team and assisting with any queries or issues they may have
  • Preparing clear and concise reports and accounts for the Senior Management Team
  • Month End accounts
  • Internal Payroll of 25-30 staff
  • Cashflow forecasting and analysis
  • Budget preparation
  • Monthly VAT returns
  • Working alongside our external accountants
  • Provide consultative advice and discussion to the Senior Management Team
  • Produce and manage Profit & Loss reports
  • Overseeing the 360 accounts function inclusive of external payroll, purchase ledger, sales ledger, expenses and cash-flow
  • Build relationships with our clients

Requirements for the role:

  • Ideally CIMA or ACCA qualified, or working towards or exceptional QBE
  • Experience of Management Accounts
  • Experience of leading an Accounts team
  • Recent and in-depth knowledge of Sage
  • Excellent Excel skills
