Your new companyA leading distribution business based in Preston is now looking to recruit a permanent Sales Support Advisor. This company prides themselves on their comprehensive range of products combined with unparalleled support and excellent service. This business has supplied thousands of products and has supported hundreds of installers over the years, giving them extensive experience in an industry that is up and coming in the UK. The working hours of this role are Monday to Friday, work 9am - 5pm with optional hybrid working and work 30-minute lunch breaks. They were founded in 2010 to fulfil a need within the UK renewables trade. Since then, they have grown and in 2022 became part of the UK's leading distributor of fuels and lubricants.

Your new role
As Sales Support, your duties will include managing all customer calls in a friendly, professional and proactive way. Manage key client and customer relationships in conjunction with the external sales team and management of the CRM system. You will take ownership of the sales administration process around response, tracking and monitoring lead generation activity, accountable for development. All aspects of administration, including managing a centralised inbox, dealing with customer enquiries, producing reports for forecasting and more will be a part of your daily responsibility. Along with managing the customer journey through from initial enquiry to sale and completion and ensuring a successful process, you will assist other departments with all aspects of administration.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in securing this position, you must be motivated, passionate and have a desire to progress and develop your skills, along with great communication skills, time management and being able to use your own initiative. You should have excellent customer service and be confident working within a small team, offering guidance and supporting other colleagues when required. Previous experience in customer service and administration is required.

In return, you will be paid a competitive annual salary of £28,000 plus bonus after probation and will be joining a successful growing business during an exciting period.
