Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a busy temporary recruitment desk, delivering high-quality candidates to meet client needs quickly.
- Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Conduct candidate interviews, manage the recruitment process, and provide ongoing support to all parties.
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record in recruitment or sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Self-driven and able to manage time effectively, especially with reduced or flexible hours.
