This permanent role based in Hertfordshire offers a chance to make a significant impact, leading cutting-edge projects and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Guide and inspire a skilled team of electrical engineers to deliver exceptional results.
- Client Interaction: Build trust and foster strong relationships with clients through clear and effective communication.
- Design Authority: Act as the go-to expert for electrical design, gaining ownership of technical solutions and innovations.
- Project Cost Management: Conduct and oversee work costing to ensure projects are completed within budget.
- Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and changing regulations.
Skills required:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical design within the building services industry
- Exposure to team leadership or mentoring of junior engineers
- Design authority & costing
- Client/ customer facing
- The business is open to considering candidates at Senior/ Principal engineering level, looking to make the next step in their careers*
Salary on offer for this position is £80,000-£85,000 + competitive benefits package (including a car allowance).
