The successful candidate will be working on all aspects of Court of Protection for both elderly clients and individuals who have suffered brain injuries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Making applications to appoint replacement trustees
- Statutory will, gifting and compromise applications
- Deputyship Administration
- Investigating and reinstating the incapacitated person's estate
- Working with other teams in the firm where the client requires litigation to be undertaken on their behalf
- Applications for recognition and enforcement
The ideal candidate must have strong Court of Protection experience, particularly within elderly care work.
