The Role:
As an Agile Project Manager, your focus will be on managing multiple concurrent projects using Agile methodologies. You'll facilitate daily stand-ups, sprints, and retrospectives to ensure project milestones are met while maintaining a high standard of software quality. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and testers to deliver impactful results.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager working with Agile frameworks.
- Proven track record in delivering successful software development projects.
- Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Desirable:
- Certification in Agile (Scrum Master or Product Owner).
- Full UK Driving License and own transport.
