I am working with a state-of-the-art in-house function who are actively recruiting for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer to be the face of day-to-day maintenance operations on a commercial site in London.
Duties
- Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
- AHUs/FCUs - filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans
- Pumps - PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)
- Motors - PPMs (re-winds, overhauls)
- Water treatment
- Boilers - fault finding and reactive maintenance
- VRV/VAV/VRF - filter changes, condenser changes, re-gasing
- Plumbing - washers, taps, unblocking toilets, unblocking stacks, installing new sinks, urinals and toilets, pipework (copper or PVC)
- Planned and reactive maintenance
Requirements
- C&G/NVQ Level 3 in mechanical or electrical installations
- Min. 3 years building services maintenance experience
- Willingness to tackle electrical, mechanical and plumbing issues on site
