Employment Tax Manager In-House

I'm partnered with a listed Real Estate/Construction business who are seeking to recruit a newly created role as an employment Tax Manager to join the growing tax team based in central London.
Reporting to the Tax Director, you will have responsibility for various employment tax matters for the company ranging from working with the board on the development / introduction of various employment tax policies, IR35, global mobility and well as keeping abreast of new rules/legalisation.
You will work closely with other areas of the business to prepare a NIC reclaim on relevant motoring expenditure, further develop the company tax policies around taxable benefits and advise on ad hoc employment tax matters.
The ideal candidate will be from a practice or an in house background, with over 3 years + experience, ideally with a board range of employment taxes knowledge.
The is currently a 6 month FTC, with a real chance that this role be converted to perm role in the short term.
